This initiative, which openly targets the barriers to opportunity, opportunity and progress created by systemic racism across America, was created by our Black Employee Network and a coalition of strategic partners.
BBA aims to advance economic equity for Black-owned businesses by providing them with the resources to thrive as entrepreneurs and business leaders. We invite black-owned businesses to explore and participate in this initiative, which provides financial support, business education and mentoring, and marketing and promotion of their brands and products as third-party sellers in our store.
